Working of SkinManager.SkinListController changed

    Once you make an important change on public properties of a control, you should mention this in the change list.

    It took me a while to figure out why the SkinList was not filled as it was before.

    Needed a call to SkinManager.SkinListController.UpdateIfNeeded for that. That should have been mentioned prominently somewhere.
