DrawNonClientArea problem in Win10

    Hello,

    I'm using Delphi 10.2 Tokyo with Windows 10 operating system. Form with DrawNonClientArea := False isn't painted properly when the main form has DrawNonClientArea := True. I have this problem only in Win10. In WinXP and Win7 it's OK.

    Please look at my little sample.
