I've tested this Error.
1 ) – When Use TsImage.Picture with a Bitmap RGB32 There is not view in design or RunTime
2 ) – The Transparency property not produce the Transparent dra[attachment=8478:TsImageTest.zip]w effect
Thank you for the demo.
The image is not shown because alpha channel is empty there.
AlphaControls uses alpha channel for drawing.
I will add a special checking of empty alphachannel and I can share a patched file with you if you have sources of the package.
Otherwise, you should wait a nearest release.
