TsButton caption alignment issue in Delphi 7 with AC 12.13

Hi, i'm having an issue with AC 12.13 on Delphi 7, related to caption alignment of the TsButton control. Using the default values assigned to the control properties, the caption doesn't appear to be correctly centered within the control.

This issue happens with all skins and didn't occur with the previous version of AC.

Tested again with AC 12.14 and now works perfectly fine:
