TsPageControl Tab Caption bug

In case no skin is active (sSkinManager.Active = False) and TsPageControl.TabPosition = tpLeft, the captions of the tabsheets are not shown. When the skin is active, the captions are shown.

In previous versions, this worked correctly (see sPageControl OLD.pas in attachment).
