Cannot install 10.14 on Delphi 7

Deinstalled old packages. Installed 10.14.

When loading Delphi 7 I get this:

On Delphi loading. But after a reboot it's gone.

You have not removed an old Bpl file seems, and there was a failed attempt to load it.

Just install again and problem will be solved, I think.
