Hi, is there any option to DBLookupComboBox Work with ThirdParty list?

Button in this control cannot be skinned, unfortunately, because this control is not inherited from system ComboBox component.

Button can't skinned there, but I can suggest you a full analog – the TsDBLookupComboBox component from the AlphaDB package
