I just upgraded from AC 9.17 to AC10.10

Suddenly the last item of a TsCheckListBox is not drawn properly anymore.

Just drop one on a form, add three entries and start.

You'll see that the 3rd entry is not drawn at all.

You don't even have to put a SkinProvider or a SkinManager on the form.

Could you provide me with a fix for the bloated-dfm-files bug?

I'd like to include that in the test.

I just reverted to the old version because of the 2 bugs, and don't want to switch versions too often.
