    Hello,

    It's my first use XE3.

    1 – I placed all the files in a directory called E:ComposantsXE3AlphaControls

2 – I executed the package 32bits (Compiled the file acntDelphiXE3_R.dpk and compiled & installed the file acntDelphiXE3.dpk) located in this directory.

3 – I executed the file acntDelphiXE3_x64_R.dpk, always from the same directory

On the Tools menu of the IDE options I added this directory

    erreur_1.png

I have not had an error installing the package 32bit, but when I compiled the 64bit is my error:

    “[dcc64 Fatal Error] acntDelphiXE3_x64_R.dpk (126): F2048 Unit Format incorrect 'sEdit.dcu' – expected version: 24.0, Windows Unicode (x64) version found: 24.0, Windows Unicode (x86)”

The compiler stops on the line 'acZLibEx in' acZLibEx.pas'

What should I do for a really good package installation 64bits, your help file is not efficient enough for me.

    thank you

    Hello,

attention to my writing, it is a translation by Google.

To keep things simple. Can you make a tutorial (example with screen page) on how to install 64bit mode because I do not understand how to do it.

    Thx

    Hi!

    You saw this page? 🙂

    http://www.alphaskin…oc.php?l=en&n=1

RAD studio XE3 supports installation of 32-bit packages only.
