Problem with v7.65 install

I'm trying to install v7.65 on C++Builder 2010 and I have some error on compiling:

[ILINK32 Error] Error: Unable to open file 'AC3DNEWCLASS.DFM'

Installation of v.7.64 works.

I can't because this file is missing in installation.

Maybe you should try to unpack all files again?

This file exists in the package.
