[Flanders]

Can someone please make skin like Windows Classic? I have tried doing this, but the skin editor is too complicated!

If someone can help, I have already started ripping the graphics.

See below attachment, it contains a folder of some of the resources, and also an incomplete skin that needs updating (I cannot seem to get the form borders to show correctly and also title gradients etc).
