Steps to reproduce:

(ASkinDemo 7.21 + Windows XP SP3)

In ASkinDemo resize ListView first column until both long captions of first two items are fully visible.

BUG: ToolTip still pop up and it shouldn’t.

Switch to vsIcon style. ToolTip shows OK and just for second item. Switch to vsReport and back to vsIcon.

BUG: ToolTip now shows for first and second item and its size and alignment are wrong.

Hello. This problem is linked with using of the OnAdvancedCustomDraw event by AlphaSkins engine.

I'll try to find a solution, but I'm not sure that solution may be found in this case.
