I have a hidden panel that pops up whenever you mouse over a certain part of the screen. The panel is just a normal TsPanel (SkinSection is PANEL also), but perhaps 1 out of every 5 or so times you mouse over and it pops up, it isn't painted properly (refer to screenshot below). The panel's Visible property is false until it pops up, so perhaps it has something to do with not refreshing properly when it is first made visible?
This didn't occur in 6.53, and I noticed it immediately upon converting to 6.54. If I go back to 6.53 it disappears, so it must be something introduced in the latest build. Hope that helps!
