hi

when placing a sSplitter directly on a form, it is transparent and the below window can be seem through it
if it is placed on a panel then the panel is visible through it so it seems as if it's not transparent
this is fixed when hovering it with the mouse

i know you can say i should put a panel and put the ssplitter on it but the problem is im talking about a real big form and it's a bit complicated to do it now
i think it only happens with the “Shine” skin (didnt happen with sapphire)
i can show you on TV if you want
