TsSpinEdit Change/OnChange fired twice

Hi,

I am playing with AC 6.51 beta. I want to make a descendant of TsSpinEdit with modify its Change method.
But I have problem with it. When I modify the SpinEdit's value with keyboard the Change method and
the OnChange event fired twice. Is this a known issue/bug/feature?
