found yesterday a new bug:
when using Win7 x64 RTM and D2009 with AC6.45 and using “Windows Classic” design the hover-effect around buttons look like this one:
Using Toapaz Theme!

It's really new bug or you had it earlier too?
Try it with disabled SkinManager.AllowGlowing property please..
I'll try it under Win7 x64 soon.with deactivated AllowGlowing property it is working!
dont know if it started with v6.45.. i try it with 6.44.. wait few minutes pleaseedit:

just move the window over a white part of a folder-content and hover the close botton.with Windows Classic Theme it's going into blue
