found yesterday a new bug:
when using Win7 x64 RTM and D2009 with AC6.45 and using “Windows Classic” design the hover-effect around buttons look like this one:Using Toapaz Theme!

It's really new bug or you had it earlier too?
Try it with disabled SkinManager.AllowGlowing property please..
