Hi,

found a little bug when Activating and deactivating skins.
i place a TsProgressbar on a form (style = marquee), make it invisible and then put a button which activates and deactivates the skins.
When deactivating the skins, the TsProgressbar turns visible but does not marquee!
Just when i set the TsProgressbar 1 time visible and then again invisible at runtime it works correct.

This problem exists because standard progressbar haven't marque style when Manifest is not used.
Windows themes must be enabled.
