if set the “extendedborders” property of skinmanager, the window can't Maximize to full screen sometimes.
i found it like this
1) run alphaskin demo program;
2) push the button named “extendedborders”, check “skins are active”
3) maximize then demo window and then restore
4) uncheck “skins are active” then re maximize then demo window
it maximized but not full screen
