1) what does allowglowing is used for?
2) i told you about making a MSN like popup for notification including the option of clicking the text and trigger an event. u told me to use hints but it is not good for me because i need the notification to popup in one of the window corners and show some text, the user can then be able to click the text in order to trigger an event so i (the developer) can put some code and execute something

Enabling/disabling of glow effects near buttons (used not in all skins).
