form not restore

hello.i was minimize program after click taskbar program icon but program not restore.Please help me.

edit:

another bug is sspeedbutton.when close the form sspeed button error (access violotion).

i found this problem

if Assigned(FCommonData) then

FCommonData.FMouseAbove := False; try this.

but i dont found restore program bugs.
