HeDiBo is Right.
Yes, it is a standart Windows Dialog. And i use exactly that Skin.
How to fix that ?

Little Update…

after deleting and adding again of Skinmanager and Skinprovider

it works much better but some Borders are still not skinned.

Hoping for Help…
