You can't compile the application? Please specify, what sort of problem do you have..
All alphacontrol controls are disabled at design time when win64 is selected. Funny enough, if I revert back to win32 and place the controls then and revert back to win64 I can compile.
ozokParticipantThanks for the tip, it indeed stopped blinking. I hope you can reproduce that problem because it is so annoying.
PS. I've just installed 9.20 but skinmanager still show version as 9.19.

What version of your Delphi?
Thanks for the mail, it solved the problem with 32bit version but I'll need 64bit too.

MediaInfo.dll can't be loaded still, but I have commented this code and can run your application now, maybe it will work.
What I should to do in application for getting of this problem?
You should add a video file to the list and click to encode button. It'll crash at that point.

Maybe you know why it happens? File exists there.
Program works here. Perhaps you got a corrupted download? BTW skins are disabled as defaults, you must enable them under settings>skin.

You can download a package here http://www21.zippyshare.com/v/95163967/file.html
ozokParticipantThat's great news. I look forward to the next release.
ozokParticipantAny progress?
ozokParticipantHi,
Here is a demo project that shows the error. I used 7zip for best compression. I tried to use forum's upload tool but got “Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file” error so I'm using dropbox.
ozokParticipantHi all,
I'm guessing porting AlphaControls to Lazarus won't be an easy task, but Lazarus community is very helpful and is growing everyday. Since prices for Delphi updates are more than a joke, more and more people are looking for cheaper (or free) alternatives. I know a lot of people who switched to other languages for that reason (well, it's not the only reason).
One of the few reasons I continue to use Delphi is because it has great components (in my case JVCL-JCL and AlphaControls). If those components were to be ported to Lazarus, I'd not hasitate a second to switch to Lazarus. I'm guessing many Lazarus users would gladly pay for your product, since IDE costs nothing.
These are my humble opinions about this subject.
Regards.
ozokParticipantProblem is solved, thank you!
ozokParticipantHas anyone got any ideas related to this problem?

February 26, 2013 at 11:22 am in reply to: [Solved] Skinning disable/enable causes visual artifacts #50249ozokParticipantHello,
I am using Windows 7 64bit Home Premium.
Exe needs whole package to run I'm afraid. Here is a link to latest version: http://sourceforge.net/projects/taudioconverter/files/TAC%280.8.1.1205%29portable.7z/download
February 22, 2013 at 7:47 pm in reply to: [Solved] Skinning disable/enable causes visual artifacts #38352ozokParticipantI am afraid the problem is still there. AlphaControls LE 8.19.
