Amazingly there was a *certain combination* of components & units that can produce this false detection of threat shown before.

More investigation shown that only that original combination was generating that false detection in certain security software

There is no direct influence of AS components found (after a week of testing and searching for this “bad combo”) , they (AS VCLs) have been acting just as a part of much more complex combination!

thank you for you replies! you are doing a great job with AS!!!

current version with rearranged (the same!) code and components is totally free of false detection

I think this topic can be closed, because everything is clear for now!
