In this case try to change the version of skin manually to 6.40 for example, and problem will not occurs anymore.
Standard FileListBox control is supported and will be skinned if added in the SkinManager.ThirdParty property.

Please try an attached demo, there is my unsuccessful attempt to reproduce a problem with standard TPageControl. Where I'm wrong?
Also I have added 'Change tabs visibility' button where is shown how a tabs may be hidden in standard PageControl (is working with TsPageControl too)…Delphi or C++Builder has most likely moved the component to hidden components because of the uninstall. Go to the Configure Palette menu and unhide the component and these should reappear correct on the component palette.

After all, I'm not right. I tested also with standard Delphis ScreenSnap in not skinned app and work ok. It's problem with AS.
I meant, that problem occurs in Aero only <img src="style_emoticons//smile.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”:)” border=”0″ alt=”smile.gif” />
Of course this problem will be researched soon.This tool may be used for old versions of Delphi, not for 2009, a manual uninstalling is more reliable now.
I made a very small application with just a button on, and this message comes up.
Where is placed the SkinManager in this application?If you have installed new version correctly (if previous version was fully removed, Dcu and Bpl files too), then try to open all forms in application and resave them.
