If Action is False then chosen Filename will not be sent to EditBox (edit box will not be changed).

I see a problem now, TPanel skinned with using of 'EDIT' skin section.

Could you show an example of application which freezes in the Vista under VMware (Exe and sources)?
And please specify a controls which are not work. Lite Edition supports some standard controls but not TJvEdit as I know.

Если у кнопки есть обработчик в OnClick, то при нажатии на нее не будет показываться меню, а будет выполняться обработчик, попробуйте.

Скорее всего проблема в большом количестве контролов или в свойстве ExtendedBorders если оно включено.

Да, в Delphi 7 и других есть поддержка TntUnicode, но дляч этого исходники AlphaControls должны быть перекомпилированы.

Да, странная ситуация. Можно попробовать Application.ProcessMessages перед OpenItem вызвать.
Если не поможет, то можо кнопку попробовать заменить на TsSpeedButton, возможно проблема в кнопке.
